The most stable firmware files for the Ender 3 V2 are attached to this article. Files are labeled for combinations we build and sell at Tiny Machines 3D. 


Tools Needed

  • Micro SD card (32gb or less, formatted to FAT32, 4096/ 4kb)
  • SD Card or Micro SD to SD Adapter (for mainboards that use SD) 
  • Computer to transfer files to SD Cards
  • 2mm hex driver to disassemble screen case/ access screen


  1. Flash Firmware (.bin)
    • Power off - power cable unplugged - insert loaded micro sd card into mainboard - power cable plugged in - power on
  2. Flash Screen Firmware (DWIN_SET + private)
    • Power off - power cable unplugged - disassemble screen cover - insert loaded micro sd card into screen - power cable plugged in - power on

All combinations use the same DWIN_SET + private directories. To flash the screen, both folders need to be on the micro SD card!
