Typically, this is from poor cable management and the printhead cable and/or PTFE is pulling on the print head, triggering the strain gauge. It can be resolved a few different ways but the easiest is to print the parts outlined below. If you purchased your machine from us, there is a GCODE on the SD card that you can run.

Cable management should like below. Notice that the print head cables loop around to the front side of the machine and are not connected to the PTFE tubing at all. Nothing should be pulling on the print head!

0.4mm nozzle slicing

Layer height: 0.2mm.

Extrusion width: 0.4 - 0.45mm

Infill percentage: 40%

Infill type: grid, gyroid, honeycomb, triangle, or cubic.

Wall count: 5.

Solid top/bottom layers: 5.

Supports: NONE.
