If you're local or in the area of our Houston, TX facility, orders can be placed for local pickup. This may save you time and shipping expenses if applicable. Parts orders and non-printer orders can be ready the same day, printer orders and orders containing items that need assembly or service may take more time. In either case you will be notified via email or text message when your order is ready for pickup. Our availability for pickup follows our normal store hours of M-F 10AM-6PM Central.

1. Proceed with the checkout process with the items you have selected in your cart by clicking on the checkout button (green).
- If you have any special notes about pickup time, or need to add any additional information please use the Order Instructions section (yellow). You can open the text field by clicking on the arrow (blue circle).
2. After hitting the checkout button, you will be taken to the payment and address page. If logged into ShopPay/Shopify you will see the following under delivery (yellow) after clicking the arrow. You will be presented with mulitple shipping options and Local Pickup at the bottom.
If checking out as guest, you can select Pickup under Delivery Method (yellow) when starting the checkout process.
Once your order is complete you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is ready for pickup you will be notified via email or text when it can be picked up.
